Sometimes I feel bad that I hear and see that people have so much stress and problems with their lives. There are times I really wanna help but I can't or don't know what to say.

I'm not referring to anyone specifically, there just are a lot of people having real life issues these days. I just wanna know I'm still concerned all the same and I hope you guys all feel better <3 I'm serious too, sometimes I stress myself out trying to help people with their stress but I can't do anything about it, haha X^D;;

You know what I really want to get all of a sudden? Impossible Mission.

There's a DS port of it floating around, I'll see if I can get that soon. I hadn't played that game in a long while! It was really the only Commodore 64 game I ever played.

I got a new phone today to replace my dinosaur of an old one :^D It cost $400 USD, but I get $50 back on a rebate, and I get the rest practically paid back from my tax refund money and some cash from dad.

This is the new phone :^D

It's a smartphone with Windows Mobile and pocket versions of Microsoft Office. The main clincher for getting this phone is the Wifi built in. Using this, I can avoid paying a monthly internet fee so long as I connect to a Wifi hotspot or a nearby router. A very solid choice methinks :^D I'll have to fiddle with it later as it has to charge all the way.

It looks like it'll storm tonight. It already started getting cloudy. It was nice and sunny and warm all day really. Nothing else is going on I guess. I'll be hanging around AIM for [info]yomicchi and [info]cammiluna later on and I'll find stuff to kill time X^D

You very rarely feel depressed and are usually in a good frame of mind, however you experience panic, confusion, and helplessness when under pressure or stress. You tend not to talk much and prefer to let others control the activities of groups. You tend not to express your emotions openly and are sometimes not even aware of your own feelings. You find helping other people genuinely rewarding and are generally willing to assist those who are in need. You find that doing things for others is a form of self-fulfillment rather than self-sacrifice, however you believe that a certain amount of deception in social relationships is necessary. You are guarded in new relationships and less willing to openly reveal the whole truth about yourself. You are well-organized and like to live according to routines and schedules. Often you will keep lists and make plans.

I feel it's a little inaccurate. Where'd the deception part come from? o.o; It also makes me come across as bland with emotion and stressy. It's really just my Asperger's that tend to cause some confusion over tough social situations and man, I don't crumble under stress u_u And I certainly talk a lot >_>; Through talking a lot I'm quite open really.

Aside from all that, I guess that's pretty much me.

Here's a sample of the Starfox/Smash Bros. story I'm working on. This takes place in a scene where Fox is put to the test by his myterious antagonist, an unnamed man in a black suit and white gloves wherein Fox must dispatch 50 Fighting Wireframes.

This is far from polished, I just finished typing this up while on break between classes today. I'm putting this up to see what you guys think and if any is willing to beta read this. This is generally indicative of my writing style, so it's unproven, not good X^D I'm far from being a writing expert some of you on my friend's list are so any help from those in particular would much appreciated!

Although this involves Starfox, the only character in this part, besides the man and the Wireframes, is Fox McCloud. There's no backstory in this part, so if you haven't played or seen much Starfox you don't need to shy away from this. It's really all action, something in particular I want to try and do good when writing this story as there will be much fighting.

Title: (Part of a) Untitled Story
Series: Starfox/Super Smash Bros.
Characters: Fox McCloud, unnamed Man
Word Count: 2,354 words
Status: This part is in its first draft, the rest of the story is mostly incomplete.

Notes: There's not much plot here on purpose, so I'm more interested in feedback for how to improve my writing and such. I know I'm not a good writer yet! Don't hold back on any feedback :^D

"■Brawl’s director, Masahiro Sakurai, provided the voice for King Dedede."

I knew there was something up with his voice in the game! X^D The final update in the Smash Bros. website is chock full of trivia if you guys are interested in looking at the big list of nooks and crannies.

Today's Smashbros.com update was extremely helpful in explaning the entire Subspace Emissary mode. Naturally it's super spoilers; Sakurai took great pains to explain just about everything in the story from start to finish. But it certainly cleared up a lot of things! :^D He alluded to cut scenes from SSE as well. He mentioned two specifically, but I had to wonder why they were cut as he explained that they were important.

When I was around 4 or 5 years old, back when I was living in New York, a good deal of my appointments were at the Jacobi Medical Center as the psychiatrists and such were figuring out this Asperger's Syndrome I had (at the time, it wasn't listed in official medical handbooks, so it was pretty 'new' to them).

I was a personality at the office, especially when waiting for appointments. Either the people there were late getting to my appointments or mom would take me there too early. Either way, I tended to wander around the particular floor and building I was in to other offices. Of course the people loved me :^D I was quite the personality, even though I usually poked around a lot, especially with the computers.

I remember one office had a peculiar poster on the wall, a poster of a New Yorker cover. I used to look at it closely and read everything on it and compared it to the map I had at home which was a small dinner mat with the map of the US on it. This is the illustration in question Of course I used to always remark how inaccurate it was (as well as the wrong date on the top); it wasn't until much later in life that I grasped the idea of what it really stood for: as a New Yorker's view of the world.

It's cool when I end up finding things I used to remember looking at many years ago. Maybe if it's possible I can find a poster version of this cover for myself to put in my room.
